Ingredients

  • Cooking spray for the air fryer basket
  • 1 pound chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Once heated, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels. Transfer them to a large bowl. Toss the wings in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
  • Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes. Then, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the wings from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with ranch dressing on the side, if desired.

Notes

  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 360°F for 4 minutes or use the microwave until heated through.
  • Freezing: You can freeze cooked wings for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
