These warm turkey cranberry sliders combine savory turkey, creamy Havarti, and whole berry cranberry sauce between soft Hawaiian rolls. A buttery Dijon topping with everything bagel seasoning adds extra flavor as the sliders bake. They’re an easy way to turn leftover turkey and cranberry sauce into a warm meal or shareable snack.
Heat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the middle, keeping the top and bottom portions together.
Set the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the sliced turkey evenly across the bottom buns. Place the sliced Havarti cheese over the turkey.
Spoon the whole berry cranberry sauce over the cheese and spread it across the surface as needed.
Set the top half of the rolls over the cranberry sauce.
Add the melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce to a small bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil.
Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until the sliders are hot throughout and the cheese is melted.
Take off the foil and bake for about 5 minutes longer.
Serve warm.

Recipe Notes
Turkey: Leftover sliced turkey or deli turkey will both work well in these sliders.
Cheese: Havarti melts beautifully, but you can use another type of sliced cheese or leave the cheese out if you prefer.
Cranberry sauce: Use whole berry cranberry sauce. Avoid jellied cranberry sauce because it can melt while the sliders bake.
Rolls: Hawaiian rolls add a slightly sweet flavor that pairs nicely with the turkey and cranberry sauce.
Make ahead: You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate them covered. Wait to add the butter topping until just before baking.
Storage: Keep leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2–3 days.
