Notes

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½–1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl (or a larger bowl if preparing multiple servings).
  2. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined, then transfer the mixture to an airtight container. If using a mason jar, you can add the ingredients directly to the jar, seal it, and shake until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until the oats are soft and creamy. Stir before serving.
Notes
  • Optional “cream cheese” topping: Mix 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt with 1 teaspoon maple syrup, then spoon it over the chilled oats before eating.
  • If the oats become too thick, simply stir in a splash of milk or yogurt until the texture loosens to your liking.
  • Finish with toppings like fresh berries, banana slices, or raisins for extra sweetness and color.
