Creamy, cheesy spinach artichoke dip is easy to prepare right in the slow cooker. Fresh spinach, tender artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic cook together into a warm appetizer that’s ideal for parties, gatherings, or game-day snacking.
Place all of the ingredients in a small crock pot and stir to combine. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 2 hours. After the first hour, remove the lid and stir the dip. Replace the lid and cook for 1 additional hour.
Give the finished dip another stir, then taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve warm with crackers or chips.

Recipe Notes
Drain the artichokes well. Too much liquid can make the finished dip thinner than you want.
Chop the spinach and artichokes. Smaller pieces make the dip easier to scoop and give you a little of everything in each bite.
Cube the cream cheese. This helps it soften and blend more easily with the other ingredients while cooking.
Don’t skip the halfway stir. After 1 hour, stir everything together well, replace the lid, and continue cooking for the remaining hour.
Using frozen spinach: Thaw it completely and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible before adding it to the crock pot.
Make ahead: Prepare the dip as directed, cool, cover, and refrigerate. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Serving: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted bread, or crisp vegetables.
