Ingredients
3boneless skinless chicken breasts
12oz frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots only)
1/2onion (chopped finely)
2canscream of chicken soup (10.5 oz cans)
2cupschicken broth
1tspgarlic salt
1/2tsppoultry seasoning
1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1canbiscuits (10 count)
Instructions
Place the chicken and veggies in the crock pot.
Add in the cream of chicken soup and seasonings. Pour the chicken broth over the top.
Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 3. Once cooked through shred the chicken and place back into the crockpot.
Cut up the biscuits into quarters and place on top of the other ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 60-90 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through (stir occasionally during this cook time).

Vegetables: The peas and carrots keep this recipe simple, but you can also use fresh carrots, green beans, peas, or celery. Drained canned vegetables or frozen vegetables work well, too.
Biscuits: Cut the biscuits into quarters so the dumplings cook evenly. Depending on your slow cooker, they may need anywhere from 60–90 minutes on high to cook through.
Chicken: Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before shredding it and returning it to the crock pot.
Don’t lift the lid too often: Keeping the crock pot covered helps maintain enough heat to properly cook the biscuit dumplings.
