Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil. Add the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs, skin side up, in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
