This Million Dollar Ravioli Lasagna transforms frozen beef ravioli into a rich, cheesy casserole that's perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings. With layers of creamy cheese filling, marinara sauce, and plenty of melted mozzarella, this easy baked pasta delivers classic lasagna flavors without the extra work.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and salt until well blended.
Spread about 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the ravioli, then sprinkle with about 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Spread half of the remaining marinara sauce over the mozzarella layer.
Repeat the layers one more time, finishing with the remaining mozzarella and the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Notes
Make Ahead & Freezing
This casserole is an excellent freezer-friendly meal. Assemble the recipe as instructed, but skip the baking step. Place it in a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 1 month. When you're ready to enjoy it, bake directly from frozen for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the ravioli is heated through and the casserole is fully cooked.Nutrition Calories: 590kcal | Carbohydrates: 49g | Protein: 28g | Fat: 32g | Saturated Fat: 17g | Cholesterol: 95mg | Sodium: 1050mg | Potassium: 620mg | Fiber: 3g | Sugar: 8g | Vitamin A: 980IU | Vitamin C: 4mg | Calcium: 420mg | Iron: 3mg
