  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
