Ingredients
  • 32 oz. package frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, chopped
  • Rice and chopped green onions for serving

  4. Cover the skillet and let the meatballs simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated all the way through.
  5. Stir in the chopped pineapple tidbits.
