Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and cook for a minute, letting the garlic infuse the butter.
Dip each chicken breast into the butter-garlic mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat the chicken thoroughly with the bread crumbs.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine any leftover butter and garlic mixture with the remaining bread crumbs, then spoon this mixture over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown on top.
