1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, feta, spinach, garlic, green onions, parsley, dill, and lemon zest. Stir until evenly mixed.
Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the chicken, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25–35 minutes.
