These crispy air fryer gnocchi are an easy snack, appetizer, or side dish that's ready in no time. Shelf-stable potato gnocchi are coated with olive oil, herbs, Parmesan, and seasonings before being air-fried until perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft and fluffy inside. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauces for an irresistible bite.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and allow it to heat for 5 minutes.
Place the gnocchi in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, then add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss well so every piece is evenly coated with the seasonings. Sprinkle in the arrowroot powder and grated Parmesan, then toss again until the gnocchi are fully coated.
Arrange the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through cooking to promote even browning. The gnocchi are ready when they are golden brown with a crisp exterior.
Serve alongside jarred tomato sauce and Parmesan garlic sauce. Finish with extra grated Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
