1lb chicken breasts (about 2, cut in half horizontally)
8oz fresh spinach
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/2tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 500°F. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic salt until smooth and well-combined.
Assemble the Casserole:
Layer the fresh spinach in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Next, place the uncooked chicken breasts on top of the spinach. Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
Add Cheese:
