This hearty baked spaghetti is layered with buttery parmesan-coated pasta, a creamy seasoned cheese mixture, savory Italian sausage in spaghetti sauce, and a generous topping of melted mozzarella.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain well. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated. Transfer the pasta to the prepared baking pan.
In a separate bowl, stir together the Italian seasoning, minced garlic, softened cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the pasta.
Combine the cooked sausage or hamburger with the spaghetti sauce. Spoon the sauce mixture over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle evenly with the 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
