Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and lightly brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
Prepare Coating Mixtures
In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs.
In another bowl, mix together flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken
