Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ – 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine all the seasonings. Sprinkle this spice mix over the chicken tenders, ensuring they're well coated.
  • Arrange the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Flip them halfway through cooking until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • To reheat leftovers, set your air fryer to 350°F and warm the chicken tenders for 3 to 5 minutes, until hot throughout.
